Our licensees provide many treatment services for opioids:

• Psychiatric Evaluation—Comprehensive written report written by Doctor, focus on current mental condition and underlying diagnosis.

• Treatment Evaluation—For clients wishing to receive a written medical evaluation with treatment recommendation to share with personal physician or family members. Initial Intake, complete History & Physical with Medical Doctor, Biopsychosocial with Nurse, and Psychiatric Evaluation. No medications will be prescribed unless converted to treatment services contract.

• 3 Day Opioid Detox & Induction to Suboxone—Complete History & Physical, Blood work, Biopsychosocial, Psychiatric Evaluation, Doctor and Nurse supervision of detoxification and induction to Suboxone. For patients who will receive their therapy or Med Management from another provider.

• 12 Week Individual Opioid Therapy Only—Complete History & Physical, Biopsychosocial, and Psychiatric Evaluation. Random urine screens, and 12 group therapy meetings. Additionally, 12 individual therapy sessions and three Treatment Team Meetings. For those patients seeking therapy in conjunction with their personal physician or psychiartrist. Does not include medications.

• 12 Week Individual Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, Biopsychosocial, and Psychiatric Evaluation. 12 Medication Management Meetings, up to 15 nurse appointments, three blood draws, random urine screens, 12 group therapy meetings and 12 individual therapy sessions and three Treatment Team Meetings. For those patients relatively new to abuse and having no therapy component documentation or needing an aftercare program.

• 9 Month Modified Individual Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, Biopsychosocial, and Psychiatric Evaluation. 14 Medication Management Meetings, up to 17 nurse appointments, three blood draws, random urine screens, 21 group therapy meetings and 14 individual therapy sessions and three Treatment Team Meetings. For those patients coming out of an inpatient facility, having no therapy component documentation or needing an aftercare program.

• 20 Week Individual Opioid Therapy Only—You will have 19 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, 4 Nurse appointments, random urine analysis and 19 group therapy meetings. Written summary provided referring doctor. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist. Appropriate for those with limited drug abuse histories.

• 20 Week Individual Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, four blood work/urine analysis, Psychiatric Evaluation, Doctor and Nurse supervision of detoxification and induction to Suboxone. You will have 18 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, 20 Medical Managements appointments, 23 Nurse appointments and 18 group therapy meetings. There are 5 Treatment Team Meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• 40 week Individual Opioid Therapy Only—Psychiatric evaluation, random urine analysis. You will have 28 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, up to 7 Nurse appointments, 38 group therapy meetings and 40 Medication Management. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• 40 week Individual Opioid Med Management Only—Psychiatric evaluation, six blood work/urine analysis. 40 Medical Management appointments and up to 43 Nurse appointments.

• 40 week Individual Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, six blood work/urine analysis, Psychiatric Evaluation, Doctor and Nurse supervision of detoxification and induction to Suboxone. You will have 28 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, up to 40 Medical Managements appointments, up to 43 Nurse appointments, 38 group therapy meetings. There are 9 Treatment Team Meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• 52 week Individual Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, eight blood work/urine analysis, Psychiatric Evaluation, Doctor and Nurse supervision of detoxification and induction to Suboxone. You will have 34 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, up to 50 Medical Managements appointments, up to 53 Nurse appointments, 50 group therapy meetings. There are 12 Treatment Team Meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• 150 week Individual Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, twelve blood work / urine analysis, Psychiatric Evaluation, Doctor and Nurse supervision of detoxification and induction to Suboxone. You will have 58 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, up to 76 Medical Managements appointments, up to 79 Nurse appointments, 150 group therapy meetings. There are 20 Treatment Team Meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• Accelerated Individual 8-Week Opioid Protocol—Complete History & Physical, 2 blood work / urine analysis, Psychiatric Evaluation, Doctor and Nurse supervision of detoxification and induction to Suboxone. Clients are seen for three therapy appointments per week for eight weeks (24 appointments). 8 Medical Management appointments. Additionally, there are eight group meetings and 11 nurse appointments. There are 2 Treatment Team Meetings.

• Intensive 30-Day Individual or Intensive 30-Day Couples Opioid Protocol—Many people require an intensive program that will allow them to vacation at the same time they eliminate drug consumption, includes the following:
1). Six (6) days per week individual therapy (24) and 8 group therapy sessions
2). Four (4) Medical Management appointments.
3). Comprehensive lesson plan with daily preparation assignments.
4). Seven nurse appointments and Two Treatment Team Meetings
Services such as detox with supervision, transitional living facility, live in assistance, food allowance and/or ground transportation are available, those additional costs to be determined as needed.

• 20 Week Couples Opioid Protocol—Couples therapy allows two people to seek treatment at the same time. Many couples who chemically abuse opioids together find that reducing their consumption of opiates at the same time can be more beneficial for themselves and their families. The first two counseling sessions undertaken individually. The curriculum is the same as for individual counseling.

• 40 Week Couples Opioid Protocol—Couples therapy allows two people to seek treatment at the same time. The first two counseling sessions undertaken individually. The curriculum is the same as for individual.

• 1 Year Opioid Maintenance—Complete History & Physical, Biopsychosocial, and Psychiatric Evaluation. 12 Medication Management appointments, four blood draws, random urine screens, up to fifty group therapy meetings and 4 Treatment Team meetings. For those patients coming out of an inpatient facility or another opioid maintenance program, who can document completion of a full component of required therapy.

• 1 Year Opioid Maintenance with Individual Therapy—Complete History & Physical, Biopsychosocial, and Psychiatric Evaluation. 12 Medication Management appointments, four blood draws, random urine screens, up to fifty group therapy meetings and 3 Treatment Team meetings. Additionally, 12 individual therapy sessions. For those patients who can document limited required therapy.

Alcohol programs….

• Individual 10-Week Accelerated Alcohol Protocol—Consists of individual counselling implementing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with 20 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, eleven Medical Management appointments, and ten group therapy sessions. Additionally, there are 11 nurse meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• Individual 12-Week Alcohol Therapy Only—Consists of individual counseling implementing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with 11 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment and twelve group therapy sessions. Additionally, there are three nurse meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• Individual 12-Week Alcohol Protocol—Consists of individual counseling implementing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with 11 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, eleven Medical Management appointments, and 11 group therapy sessions. Additionally, there are 11 nurse meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• Individual 22-Week Alcohol Therapy Only—A therapy only program for referrals from another Doctor or Psychiatrist who wish to conduct the Medication Management. Same services as below, without supervision of medication or medical management.

• Individual 22-Week Alcohol Protocol—Consists of individual counseling implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with 21 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, up to 21 Medical Management appointments, and 20 group therapy sessions. Additionally, there are 21 nurse meetings, 4 blood work / urine analysis and 5 Treatment Team meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• Individual 40-Week Alcohol Protocol—Consists of individual counseling implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with 30 individual therapy appointments, one Spiritual Assessment, up to 40 Medical Management appointments, and 39 group therapy sessions. Additionally, there are up to 40 nurse meetings, 6-blood work and 8 Treatment Team meetings. Appointments are scheduled conveniently between patient and therapist.

• Intensive 30 Day Individual or Intensive Couples Alcohol Protocol—Many people require an intensive program while vacationing at the same time they reduce alcohol consumption. Tailored for out of towners, includes the following:
1). Five days per week individual therapy and 5 medical management appointments. Includes 20 nurse appointments, urine testing and 2 Treatment Team meetings.
2). Eight Medical Management Meetings and 8 group therapies.
3). Comprehensive lesson plans with daily preparation assignments. Services such as detox with supervision, live in assistance, food allowance and/or ground transportation are available, those additional costs to be determined as needed.

• Family 22-Week Alcohol Protocol—Twenty family therapy sessions, 20 group therapy sessions, one Spiritual Assessments 22 Medication Management and up to 22 nurse appointments. One patient is treated with all family members participating. A most effective modality when families are disrupted, children are acting out or marital troubles have become crucial issue for family members.

• Couples 22-Week Alcohol Protocol—Couples therapy allows two people to seek treatment at the same time. Many couples, who drink together find that reducing their consumption of alcohol at the same time can be more beneficial for themselves and their families. The first 2 counseling sessions undertaken individually. The curriculum is the same as for individual counseling.

• Annual Opioid or Alcohol Aftercare Program with Group Therapy—Consists of twelve prescription services with Psychiatrist, four complete metabolic profiles (blood work), random drug screens, and attendance at up to fifty group therapy sessions.

• Annual Opioid or Alcohol Aftercare Program with Individual Therapy—Consists of Twelve prescription services with Psychiatrist, four complete metabolic profiles (blood work), random drug screens, attendance at up to fifty group therapy sessions, and 12 individual therapy sessions. Also available with twenty-four individual therapy sessions.

• Six Week Alcohol/Drug Education—Six week educational course to meet requirements for individuals prior to court trial. Includes six individual therapy sessions, random urine sampling and a written summary report for attorney, probation or court.
