Condensed Licensing Summary
Purpose – To provide a condensed overview to Licensing the medical protocols of National Drug & Alcohol Web Treatment Centers, Inc, d/b/a NDAR Web Licensing Services (NDAR).
Introduction – NDAR has organized a turnkey system of treatment service protocols delivered electronically to Licensee from its national database server. The system protocol, justified entirely on proven evidence-based medicine, offers multiple treatment choices that conform to the therapy supervision requirements of the DEA Waiver Agreement signed by all Buprenorphine approved physicians. Sequential downloads of comprehensive administrative and treatment program methodologies provide an organized user-friendly system for the effective treatment of opioid drug and alcohol abusing patients, all that is needed for a physician’s practice to deliver highly superior treatment services on an outpatient basis.
Participants – The licensing of NDAR medical treatment protocols is being directed towards qualified physicians who would like to provide drug and alcohol treatment services utilizing the major FDA approved anti-craving medications, Buprenorphine, Chantrix, Naltrexone, Vivitrol, Acamprosate and future FDA medications that may be approved.
Approach – The treatment plans involve co-commitment psychotherapy preformed by a qualified therapist(s) with the delivery of FDA approved medications, which may include psychotropic medicines. NDAR protocols are packaged with utilitarian forms and outlines of tested and proven treatment plans inclusive of medical management and therapy. Therapists are identified by NDAR from which Licensee makes the final selection for compatibility.
Key – The outstanding success of NDAR programs results from real emphasis on treatment of the underlying diagnosis, which identifies the psychological issue that drives addiction. Support for medically managed dual diagnosis treatment is found in the COMBINE Study and similar clinical studies conducted over the past 10 years.
Benefits – The major benefits NDAR will offer to properly licensed physicians are the ability to treat patients with a service that is in great demand, are contained in a turn-key package, and which with minor overhead requirements and facile procedural adjustments, readily has the ability to add a six figure income to their existing practices.
Fees Structure – Initial start-up cost for purchase and set-up of hardware and software and a modest monthly maintenance fee for services.
Services to Physician
Sequential electronic delivery upon demand, sustained throughout patient’s treatment program, of all needed forms including patient contract and intake documents, tests and evaluations, medical, nurse, and medication management forms, treatment team guidelines, group therapy topical materials, utilization review and continuous quality improvement guidelines, comprehensive therapy outlines, lesson plans and homework assignments, for each treatment protocol being delivered. All documents, to be pre-completed automatically with all appropriate patient infor-mation upon implementation of conversion to smart form technology, will be suitable for good medical practice and HIPPA compliance.
- A user-friendly electronic system of interactive bookkeeping and patient account management.
- Set up, delivery and maintenance of a new iMac computer, surge protector and printer.
- Licensees computer secured for integrated website usages with 128-bit encryption.
- A Master Licensee web site providing promotion and advertising for patient acquisition.
- Link Licensee’s site(s) to Master Licensee web site, which is linked to all Licensee web sites and web sites affiliated with NDAR.
- A periodic Newsletter, podcasts and audio/video marketing tools.
Financial management is provided by an interactive web site, which efficiently facilitates patient billing and receipts, by providing an electronic system of interactive bookkeeping and account management for Licensee’s substance abuse business. Licensee enters patient payments onto the site, which automatically generates account statements. Licensee downloads current individual patient account statement and mails to patient monthly. Many more practical features are integrated and training will be provided.
Advertising and promotion in both print and electronic format, assisting in developing Licensee’s personalized brochure explaining the dynamics of effective treatment, will be provided at cost to Licensees.
- NDAR effectively drives Internet inquiries to Licensee Master web site and feeds referrals to Licensees most convenient to potential patient.
- When required, arrangements for marketing and advertising – print, billboard, radio, etc. – will be handled by Kovak Group, which has extensive local, national and international experience.
- Provision for handling a database, available for newsletter and direct marketing campaigns, of call-ins by prospective patients and inquiries for treatment services.
Management provides on-going training in use of computer programs, proper application of protocols, and on-going answers to questions. Training emphasizes improving efficiency and Licensee’s treatment Program excellence. Periodic meetings of Licensees for training purposes will be provided.
